Since losing to the Green Bay Packers in the wild-card round, Odell Beckham Jr. has made more noise with his hands than his mouth.

The popular New York Giants receiver broke his silence Thursday at Pro Bowl practice, explaining why he hasn't appeared in the media much since infamously punching a hole in a wall at Lambeau Field.

"I hate losing," Beckham told ESPN's Jenna Laine, in an effort to explain his silence. "Whether it's marbles, spades, blackjack, whatever it is."

Beckham had a troubled start to his season, but managed to help his team get into the playoffs, where he put up one of the worst performances of his career. The 24-year-old said his up and down season didn't bother him, and he's learned from his experiences.

"You learn from it, you grow, you move on," Beckham said. "That's life. Life stuff happens. You get knocked down and you get back up. That's just always been my mentality. I'm not really fazed by anything. It's in the past. There's nothing I can really do about it now. You learn from it and you move on."

Having told reporters he was "not having fun" playing football any more in October, Beckham is back to having a good time on the field this week, signing autographs and catching up with fellow stars around the league, like his friend Dez Bryant.

"Having fun, that's all I came here to do," said Beckham.
