Chargers' Verrett pushes LA rivalry: 'We're a better team'
The Chargers haven't been in Los Angeles long, but they're already pretty confident who the city will side with.
Signing autographs Wednesday, Chargers cornerback Jason Verrett had a solid argument as to why he thinks his team will surpass the Rams in popularity.
"Because we're a better team," Verrett told TMZ, when asked why he felt fans will side with the Chargers in L.A.
The Chargers do hold an edge in the performance category, owning one more win than the Rams this year.
