Johnny Manziel may be out of the NFL, but he apparently refuses to stay out of trouble.
According to a lawsuit filed Monday, the former Cleveland Browns first-round pick has been accused of breaking an Austin bar employee's nose on Sept. 6, Sports Illustrated reports.
The lawsuit states that Manziel punched the employee in the face and left the bar after demanding drinks from the worker. The employee is seeking between $200,000 and $1 million in damages.
The former player's attorney has not addresses the lawsuit.
Manziel is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday for separate charges stemming from an incident with his ex-girlfriend, where he allegedly kidnapped, beat, and threatened to kill her.
