Report: Gronkowski's back injury not believed to be serious
Robert Deutsch / USA TODAY Sports
New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski was ruled out of Sunday's game against the New York Jets in the first quarter with a back injury, but it isn't expected to be a significant injury that will force the All-Pro to miss any time, according to Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk, citing a source.
Gronkowski was taken out of the game before he recorded a catch. He was sidelined from last week's game with a chest injury.
Without Gronkowski, the Patriots struggled against the Jets in a close affair.
