Dareus logged on to his Twitter account to claim innocence shortly after the Instagram post turned up:
The "I was hacked" defense is a go-to for athletes who regret social media posts, but in this case it's very easy to believe Dareus.
Indeed, the Bills themselves confirmed that Dareus did not post the inflammatory message.
