Buccaneers' Cecil Shorts: Returns to practice

Shorts (hamstring) returned to practice Monday, the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Analysis:

Shorts hasn't featured since injuring his hamstring in Week 2. While the time off since then, which included Tampa Bay's bye last week, allowed Shorts to return Monday, the veteran's fantasy value remains pretty low as the fourth or fifth receiver in the Bucs' offense.
