Lions' Marvin Jones: Logs season-low in receptions
Jones caught two of six targets for 10 yards and a touchdown Sunday against the Rams.
Analysis:
Jones entered the game as the NFL's leading receiver, but was largely unheard from on Sunday outside of his lone score at the start of the game. Case in point, Jones received the third-most attention from QB Matthew Stafford, but finished with a season-low two receptions, good for fifth on the team. Meanwhile, both Golden Tate and Anquan Boldin hauled in eight receptions of their own and combined for a grand total of 225 receiving yards. Things may not get any easier for Jones next week, as a matchup with Josh Norman and the Redskins awaits.
