Punters are people too.
So when they make a dirty tackle, they get fined just like everyone else.
Oakland Raiders punter Marquette King was fined $18,231 for a horse-collar tackle against Atlanta Falcons kick returner Eric Weems in his team's Week 2 loss.

Luckily for King and his back account, the punter recognized his foul and has been preparing for the fine for a few days.
