Roethlisberger: We're not looking for retaliation vs. Bengals

New year. New team. New rivalries.

That's the approach Ben Roethlisberger and the Pittsburgh Steelers are taking in regards to their division matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals this week.

Despite losing star players Le'Veon Bell and Antonio Brown to injuries caused by hits from suspended Bengals linebacker Vontaze Burfict last season, Roethlisberger says the Steelers aren't looking for payback.

"That's not who we are," Roethlisberger told ESPN's Jeremy Fowler. "It's a physical football game and a physical division. That's what we expect, a physical football game - clean."

While he hopes to play a clean game, the Steelers quarterback didn't dismiss the fact that these two teams have something to prove, like all AFC North squads.

"Whether it's the Browns, the Bengals, or Ravens, to us they are all big division rivals," said Roethlisberger.
