The Tennessee Titans have picked up tight end Jace Amaro off waivers Sunday after he was released by the New York Jets on Saturday.
A former second-round pick in the 2014 draft, Amaro played in 14 games for the Jets and grabbed 38 passes for 345 yards and two touchdowns, but missed last season with a torn labrum suffered in the preseason.
Now healthy, Amaro will join a Titans tight end corps that includes Delanie Walker, Phillip Supernaw, and Alex Ellis.
