Elliott ignores mom's tweets, so she texts screenshots to him

Like many 20-somethings, Dallas Cowboys rookie running back Ezekiel Elliott does his best to avoid interacting with his mother on social media.
When asked Monday if he ever responds to his mom, Dawn Elliott, on Twitter, Ezekiel said he ignores her tweets.
"No. She's very active on social media," he said, according to Jon Machota of the Dallas Morning News. "I try to block it out."
Ezekiel may be able to block out her tweets, but Dawn has found a way to ensure he reads them anyway:
LOL... sometimes I screenshot my tweets and send them to him via iMessage! 😉 https://t.co/R9VzmsiOeZ
