The Dallas Cowboys have received trade interest from multiple teams for running back Darren McFadden, a source told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Despite the interest and the abundance of talent they have at the running back position, Dallas is set on keeping the nine-year veteran, notes Rapoport.
With rookie Ezekiel Elliott expected to carry the vast majority of the carries and free-agent addition Alfred Morris looking strong in the preseason, McFadden appears to be the odd man out.
The 29-year-old had his best year since 2010 last season, rushing for more than 1,000 yards behind the Cowboys' dominant offensive line.
