The Houston Texans have moved up one spot in the draft to acquire the 21st overall pick in trade with the Washington Redskins.
Such a short move up is unusual. Perhaps the Texans were convinced another team was also negotiating with the Redskins to move up for the player they wanted.
All the Texans had to surrender to move up is a sixth-round pick in the 2017 draft.
