Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Steve Smith made a teenage girl's dreams come true over the weekend by accompanying her to prom.

Eighteen-year-old Aubrey Bridges, who has autism and a rare circulation disorder called vein of Galen Malformation, saw a video of Smith dancing and thought he'd be the perfect prom date. Smith worked with Dream On 3 to set up a proposal for Bridges, which he had his daughter record on a cell phone.

Smith and Bridges arrived at prom in a Hummer limo, and the receiver even surprised her with diamond earrings and a necklace, according to WBTV.com.
