While it is true that Toronto politics are not as entertaining with Rob Ford out of the city's top job, many would argue the city is the winner.
And winning against the Washington Wizards is something new mayor John Tory was hoping for Friday, when he was joined by the Toronto Raptors' mascot in raising a "We The North" flag outside the city's iconic City Hall.

Tory questioned the longtime mascot regarding his creative name, and then took a shot at the Wizards, comparing the team to the infamously problematic raccoon population in Toronto.
