Capitals re-insert Justin Peters after Braden Holtby allows 3 goals in 2nd period

The Washington Capitals' goaltending carousel has been kicked into high gear.
After being yanked for allowing two goals on six shots in the first period, Justin Peters is back in the Capitals' net after Braden Holtby trumped him in the second, conceding three.
It certainly hasn't been a banner night for the goalies, but Washington's faulty team defense deserves a lion's share of the blame.
