VIDEO: The best of Summer League phantom cam

Between free agency, the draft, and summer league, it feels like it took more than a month for the NBA off-season to actually have a day off. With the rosters mostly set and the majority of pieces in place, there is finally some time to take a look back at what has happened and enjoy it a little bit. 

The phantom cam, which is a high speed, high definition, slow motion camera, has become a staple to showcase the marvelous physical displays that make up every split second of NBA action. 

With Summer League now a memory, the NBA released a phantom cam video of the best moments from Las Vegas, featuring many of the highest touted prospects coming into the league.
