Marino was drafted 27th overall by the Dolphins in 1983 and spent his entire 17-year career in Miami. He was selected to the Pro Bowl nine times and became the first player in NFL history to pass for 5,000 yards in a single season, finishing with 5,084 yards in 1984.

Bill Callahan served as offensive coordinator for the Oakland Raiders for four seasons before being named head coach on March 13, 2002.

Callahan was later accused by several Raiders players of sabotaging the team's Super Bowl loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, which the coach denied.
Callahan was fired by the Raiders following the 2003 season and would spend the next four years as head coach at Nebraska. He has served as offensive coordinator for the Dallas Cowboys since 2012.
