Canelo Alvarez earns TKO victory over Alfredo Angulo in 10th round

Canelo Alvarez got back to his winning ways with a technical knockout of Alfredo Angulo in the 10th round of their bout at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Saturday night. 

The fight was stopped with 47 seconds left in the 10th round, but the result was never in doubt as Alvarez had thoroughly punished his opponent up to that point in front of a crowd of 14,610.

Alvarez (43-1-1, 31 KOs) was coming off his first career loss, at the hands of Floyd Mayweather Jr. last September.
