Barkley: Zion looks like if 'me and Shaq had a baby'

New Orleans Pelicans star Zion Williamson received a roasting from Charles Barkley over his apparent weight gain on Tuesday night's episode of "Inside the NBA."

"It look like me and Shaq had a baby," Barkley joked in response to a recent clip of Williamson warming up on the court.

Barkley then took a more serious tone while recalling a conversation he had with former Philadelphia 76ers teammate Moses Malone about his own weight.

"Moses Malone said to me, he said I was fat and lazy. And I started to cry a little bit ... I couldn't kick his ass. I mean, he was Moses Malone. But it was the turning point in my career," Barkley said, later adding, "Somebody's got to be a grown person down in that relationship and say, 'Yo, man, you got to get in shape.'"

The 21-year-old Williamson is recovering from a fractured right foot and has yet to play this season. He's scheduled to have more scans on his foot in two-to-three weeks, at which point the Pelicans will determine a timeline for his return.
