Indiana Pacers guard Victor Oladipo has apparently been making his desire to play elsewhere known for quite some time.

The former All-NBA talent apparently said some iteration of the phrase "Can I come play with y'all?" to his opponents during regular-season meetings against the Toronto Raptors, New York Knicks, and Miami Heat, J. Michael of the Indianapolis Star reports.

Oladipo's decision to make these statements on the court apparently angered his teammates.

The 28-year-old may wind up staying in Indiana to begin next season despite supposed locker room tensions, given he stands to make more by signing a deal as an unrestricted free agent next offseason as opposed to an extension.

With his contract situation in limbo, Oladipo - along with fellow Pacers big man Myles Turner - have both been discussed in potential three-team deals, according to Michael. Turner has reportedly been hesitant to play for another team entering the next campaign.

The Pacers recently hired Nate Bjorkgren to replace outgoing head coach Nate McMillan. Indiana has been eliminated from the first round of the playoffs in five consecutive seasons.
