Raptors' Ibaka: 'I was angry' during scarf argument with Anunoby
Toronto Raptors big man Serge Ibaka wasn't faking his reaction to teammate OG Anunoby's claim that he put Ibaka onto scarves.
"Yes, I was angry," Ibaka told Yang-Yi Goh of GQ. "When I started wearing scarves, OG was still in high school watching me play on TV."
The scarf argument played out during an episode of Ibaka's YouTube series "Avec Classe" and quickly went viral.
It led to Ibaka gifting scarves to his teammates and participating in a scarf-off with Anunoby.

Ibaka also told GQ about the "art" behind his fashion sense and credited his homeland of Congo for his style.
"Ask anybody from Africa which country is the best in terms of dressing, and they'll tell you Congo," he said. "Where I come from, dressing is a culture. When I go back home, I cannot dress bad. I cannot miss, or people will be like, 'What's going on with you, Serge? Did you lose your mind, or what?' That's the culture."
