Jimmy Butler eats wings, talks infamous T-Wolves practice on 'Hot Ones'
Warning: Video contains coarse language
Jimmy Butler took on the famous wings of death on the latest episode of First We Feast's "Hot Ones."
The Philadelphia 76ers guard also set the record straight on his 2015 shootout with Michael Jordan, explained the significance of winning an Olympic gold medal, and discussed the media's reaction to his heated practice with the Minnesota Timberwolves earlier this season.
"Do I talk shit a lot in practice? Yes. Do I take it there? No," Butler said at around the 13:40 mark. "I was just in the zone, like I love basketball so much, like I was competing at a high level and then boom, it happened. But (if) you're with me every day and you see how I go about what I do, you'd understand why I care so much."
In October, Butler reportedly caused tension at practice, verbally challenging former teammates Karl-Anthony Towns and Andrew Wiggins, as well as team president and head coach Tom Thibodeau and general manager Scott Layden.
Butler reportedly told Layden: "You (bleeping) need me. You can't win without me."
