Kings send Labissiere to Blazers for Swanigan

The Sacramento Kings traded forward Skal Labissiere to the Portland Trail Blazers for forward Caleb Swanigan on Thursday, the teams announced.

Labissiere was considered a key piece of the Kings' future before the arrivals of Marvin Bagley III and Nemanja Bjelica limited his role.

The 6-foot-11 forward has appeared in just 13 contests this year and has averaged 2.8 points and 1.8 rebounds.

Swanigan, 21, is averaging 1.9 points and 2.9 rebounds in 18 appearances.
