Conor McGregor, Becky Lynch tease potential tag team
Conor McGregor is ready to provide fellow Irish native Becky Lynch with "proper back up" if she needs it.
The UFC star teased a possible team up with the WWE SmackDown Women's Champion after she mentioned him in a tweet on Thursday.
Call me when you need Proper back up.

Lynch responded by alluding to WrestleMania 35, which will be held in the New York/New Jersey area at MetLife Stadium in April 2019. Lynch is rumored to be facing former UFC women's bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey in the main event.
Cheers, Conor. I’m carrying two divisions at the moment, but you know exactly how that is. I hear New York is nice in the spring, though. 🇮🇪 https://t.co/51VSVCCG28

It seems unlikely that McGregor will be involved in WrestleMania 35, but he's been linked to the WWE before.
It was reported last year that he was in talks to appear at WrestleMania 34, and while UFC president Dana White later shot down the rumors, WWE chairman Vince McMahon said "it might be good someday."
