With the Detroit Tigers falling further down the standings, the team has apparently made two of its best players available on the trade block.

The Tigers are listening to offers for right-hander Michael Fulmer and have made outfielder Nicholas Castellanos available, according to Bob Nightengale of USA TODAY Sports.

Interest in Fulmer comes as no surprise with multiple teams, including the New York Yankees, having been recently linked to the 25-year-old.

The 2016 AL Rookie of the Year has only three wins to his credit, but still owns a 4.11 ERA and a career-high strikeout rate of 7.6 per nine innings. He's also under team control through 2022.

Castellanos, 26, has been Detroit's most productive offensive player this season. The six-year veteran is hitting .305/.358/.523 with 15 homers, 29 doubles, and 56 RBIs in 91 games.

Along with playing the outfield and slotting in at DH, Castellanos can also play third base, with most of his career playing time (527 games) coming at the hot corner.
