Boston Celtics first-round pick Robert Williams has an artery condition in both of his legs, sources told MassLive's Fred Katz. The ailment is reportedly "not too serious."

NBA teams and Texas A&M, where he starred for two seasons, knew of Williams' condition during the pre-draft process. While the ailment is not considered significant at this time, it could eventually necessitate surgery.

The vascular disease - popliteal artery entrapment syndrome - can restrict blood flow to the lower leg, causing cramping and calf pain.

Williams recorded four points and two rebounds in his seven-minute Las Vegas Summer League debut.
