Jonas Jerebko reportedly intends to join the Golden State Warriors upon clearing waivers on Monday, league sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
The Utah Jazz waived the 6-foot-10 forward on Saturday before his $4.2-million contract for next season became guaranteed.
Teams can still claim Jerebko's contract before Monday's deadline but will have to guarantee the entirety of the deal and will need cap space to do so.
If Jerebko does join the Warriors, he will supply the defending champions with strong perimeter shooting and solid rebounding at either forward position. He averaged 5.8 points and 3.3 boards while shooting 41.4 percent from three in 15.3 minutes per game.
