Ray suffered the injury during Saturday's game against the Calgary Stampeders. It was determined Monday that he'd be out for a prolonged period, with no timetable for his return to the field.
During the 2017 season, Ray completed 70.9 percent of his passes for 5,546 yards and 28 touchdowns against 11 interceptions.
