Watch: Rockies send rookie on Wrigleyville coffee run in full uniform

Twitter / Rockies

Prior to playing in the ninth game of his career, Colorado Rockies rookie outfielder Noel Cuevas was sent on an extensive coffee run in full uniform outside Wrigley Field in Chicago. The trip - during which Cuevas was accompanied by fellow rookie Harrison Musgrave and Daniel Castro, who's not an official rookie but has played in just 81 MLB games - cost a grand total of $111.55.

Some of the more interesting orders included a venti iced coffee with two pumps of vanilla for "Red" (possibly bench coach Mike Redmond) and a nitro cold brew for someone nicknamed "Papers" (your guess is as good as ours).
