Mbah a Moute to play in Game 1 vs. Jazz

Houston Rockets head coach Mike D'Antoni announced forward Luc Mbah a Moute will play in Game 1 on Sunday against the Utah Jazz, according to team announcer Craig Ackerman.

Mbah a Moute suffered a dislocated shoulder during the penultimate game of the regular season and was sidelined for the entire first round of the playoffs, which saw the No. 1 Rockets defeat the Minnesota Timberwolves in five games to advance to the Western Conference semifinals.

The 31-year-old, who signed with Houston last summer, averaged 7.5 points, three rebounds, and 1.2 steals over 61 games in the regular season.
