Branch, Bahadurzada headline UFC Atlantic City bonuses

Middleweight David Branch and welterweight Siyar Bahadurzada landed Performance of the Night bonuses went to for their knockout wins at UFC Atlantic City on Saturday night.

On a card that saw an unusual amount of one-sided tilts, a controversial bout between Merab Dvalishvili and Ricky Simon took the Fight of the Night bonus. Dvalishvili looked poised to take the matchup by decision after winning the first two rounds, but was ruled postfight to have lost consciousness at the end of round three, giving Simon a TKO victory in his UFC debut.

Branch ended Thiago Santos' four-fight winning streak by delivering a heavy overhand right knockout in the first round to get his second career UFC victory.

Bahadurzada earned a third straight win via finish, knocking out Luan Chagas with a hard kick to the body and a punch to the head.
