Recently crowned Ligue 1 champ Paris Saint-Germain has reportedly reached out to Paul Pogba's super-agent, Mino Raiola.

Raiola is thought to have spoken to several clubs about the availability of the France international, with ESPN's Jonathan Johnson reporting PSG has renewed its interest in Pogba following previous inquiries made while the current Manchester United star was at Juventus.

Pogba's tenure at United is allegedly on shaky ground after manager Jose Mourinho dropped the midfielder and questioned his training habits. The former Red Devils academy standout responded with a stunning world-class display in the derby victory over Manchester City, but chatter continues to link him with a summer exit.

City gaffer Pep Guardiola's suggestion that Raiola approached him in January about potential moves for two of his clients, Pogba and Henrikh Mkhitaryan, has further fueled speculation of a potential summer exit. Raiola, who called the Catalan manager a "cowardly dog," has denied those claims, saying: "I would not speak to him about players; I would speak to Manchester City."

Financial Fair Play concerns in the French capital could prove a tricky stumbling block for a potential Pogba swoop. Kylian Mbappe's loan move becomes permanent in the summer, and with the French teen's transfer fee paired with Neymar's exorbitant signing, PSG will likely need to slash some wages from its books.

A pair of PSG first-team regulars, Marco Verratti and Alphonse Areola, are also under Raiola's watch.

Pogba, 25, was the most expensive footballer in history at the time of his £89-million move from the Bianconeri to Old Trafford in August 2016.
