Tony Finau did indeed suffer a dislocated ankle while celebrating a hole-in-one during the Par-3 Contest at the Masters on Wednesday, reports Golf Channel's Todd Lewis.

Lewis added that X-rays revealed no breaks, and Finau will have an MRI Thursday morning. If the results of the MRI are positive and his ankle swelling is under control, Finau will attempt to play.

This marks the second consecutive Masters in which an injury was the the biggest story heading into the opening round. Last year, Dustin Johnson injured his back while falling down a staircase, and was forced to withdraw.

Finau is scheduled to tee off at 12:43 p.m. ET.
