This probably means nothing, right?

Soon-to-be free agent LeBron James was apparently in Philadelphia over the All-Star break checking out private schools, according to Sixers commentator Alaa Abdelnaby in a recent episode of Philly Sports Talk.

“I’ve told this to a few other people, and I have no problem saying this, my brother lives in the Philadelphia area and he told me that LeBron, last week through a superintendent, was in the area checking out some private schools during the All-Star break,” Abdelnaby said, as relayed by CSN Philly.

James was in Los Angeles for All-Star Weekend, but there were still three days for him to do his touring before returning to Cleveland. The 33-year-old has three kids who would need relocating if James were to take his talents elsewhere this summer.

As it happens, the Sixers have already been linked to James as recently as November. That interest was brought to national attention by Sixers fans when they openly wooed James through a trio of billboards. That ploy got his attention as he said it was "dope" to receive that type of love from Philly fans.
