Livia Renata Souza won't be taking the Octagon on the UFC's upcoming trip to Texas.

The former Invicta FC strawweight champion has withdrawn from what would have marked her promotional debut at next Saturday's UFC Fight Night 126 in Austin due to a hand injury. MMA Brasil was the first to report the development on Saturday.

Souza's team has since told MMA Fighting's Guilherme Cruz that her hand isn't fractured, but she won't know more on the injury's severity until more tests are conducted next week. The 26-year-old was to put her two-fight win streak on the line against a seasoned vet in Aguilar, winless in two fights under the UFC banner.

It remains to be seen whether the promotion will seek a replacement to keep Aguilar on the bill just eight days out.

UFC Fight Night 126 will see Donald Cerrone meet Yancy Medeiros in the welterweight main event.
