Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green has been fined $25,000 by the NBA for criticizing officials after receiving his league-leading 11th technical foul Saturday night.

"It's bad," Green said of the dynamic between referees and players this season. "It's horrible. It's really bad. I don't know what it is. But I think it's ridiculous."

Green, not for the first time, went on to accuse refs of targeting him and making things personal.

"When you give someone so much authority and they make it me against you, you can't overcome that."

Both the players' and referees' associations are well aware that the relationship between the two sides is broken, and the leaders of both unions have agreed to meet and try to iron things out at some point during All-Star weekend.

Green, however, offered a different solution.

"They can get a new crop (of referees), a whole new crop," he suggested. "Too many personal things going on. Too much me against you. It just don't work that way."
