LeBron on late non-call against Durant: 'He fouled me twice'

LeBron James didn't mince words when asked after Monday's loss about a controversial non-call on a play that more or less sealed the 99-92 victory for the Golden State Warriors.

With the Cavaliers trailing by three and just over 20 seconds to play, James was defended by Kevin Durant on a drive, and Durant got a hand on the ball (as well as a decent chunk of James' arm) to send it out of bounds. It was initially ruled Cavaliers ball, but video review showed that James had touched it last, so the referees reversed the call despite the fact that the video also ostensibly showed James getting fouled.

"He fouled me twice," James told reporters, referring to the contact at the rim and also at the top of the arc when he initiated his drive. "But, whatever. What are you gonna do about it?"

James was also asked about a non-call on the previous possession, when Durant was defending him on the left wing and he lost the ball out of bounds. James looked irate about not getting a foul call at the time, but acknowledged after the game that the play was basically clean.

"I lost it on the left wing," he said. "He got me a little bit, but I lost that one.

"But the overturned one, he fouled me twice."

Durant disagrees with that, saying at the time James is "too big" for that to have been a foul.

The reigning Finals MVP also said postgame his attempt to protect the rim "felt clean."
