Madison Square Garden chairman James Dolan was aware that disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein preyed on women, according to a lawsuit filed in Manhattan Federal Court cited by the New York Daily News' Victoria Bekiempis.

The Knicks owner was on the board of directors of the The Weinstein Company from 2015-16.

More than 80 women have accused Weinstein of conduct ranging from sexual harassment to assault. He was fired from his namesake company in October, although he has not yet been charged with any crime.

The suit - filed by Louisette Geiss, Katherine Kendall, Zoe Brock, Sarah Ann Thomas, Melissa Sagemiller, and Nannette Klatt - accuses Dolan of being complicit with Weinstein.

"(Dolan) knew of Weinstein's pattern and practice of predatory sexual conduct toward women from his personal relationship with Weinstein," it alleges.
