It appears J.D. Martinez isn't the only outfielder seeking a huge payout in free agency.

Teams that have inquired about free-agent outfielder Jay Bruce are being told he's seeking a five-year deal worth between $80 million and $90 million, reports ESPN's Jerry Crasnick.

The Toronto Blue Jays have already been linked to the 30-year-old this offseason, after seeing their trade for the slugger fall through in February 2016.

Bruce had one of the finest seasons of his career in 2017, hitting 36 home runs and posting an .832 OPS while playing for the New York Mets and Cleveland Indians. Aside from Martinez, no free agent drove in more runs than Bruce's 101.

Bruce also played well in the postseason for the Indians, hitting .278/.333/.667 with two home runs and four RBIs in five games.

The 10-year veteran earned $13 million in 2017.
