A rare pair of modified Air Jordan 1s are up for auction.
An injured Michael Jordan wore the sneakers, which are being auctioned off through Heritage Auctions, during the 1985-86 playoffs. They're one of two known modified pairs to exist today. Each shoe features a customized ankle support system made of nylon and an aluminum buckle, and an interior leather and velcro strap.
