Report: Royals owner denied Braves' request to interview GM Moore
The Atlanta Braves aren't going to pry Dayton Moore from the Kansas City Royals after all.
Royals owner David Glass denied a request by the Braves to interview the general manager to run Atlanta's baseball operations, sources told ESPN's Jerry Crasnick.

Moore did not comment on the Braves or their interest in poaching him from the Royals.
"I'm focused on what we need to do here in Kansas City," he said.
The Braves' search for a new front office was sparked following the resignations of general manager John Coppolella and scouting director Gordon Blakely in early October. Major League Baseball was in the process of investigating the club potentially circumventing international signing rules.
