The Miami Dolphins have ruled out quarterback Jay Cutler and receiver DeVante Parker with injuries for Thursday night's game against the Baltimore Ravens. As expected, Matt Moore will start at quarterback.

The Ravens, meanwhile, are missing a trio of receivers in Mike Wallace, Chris Matthews, and Michael Campanaro, as well as running back Terrance West. Receivers Jeremy Maclin and Breshad Perriman will both play after missing the previous two contests.

Miami also made linebacker Stephone Anthony, defensive end Andre Branch, and guard Isaac Asiata inactive. Baltimore linebacker Tim Williams, tight end Maxx Williams, and defensive end Bronson Kaufusi round out the Ravens' inactives.
