Watch: Marshawn Lynch dominates high school team in practice

Marshawn Lynch took Beast Mode to the high school football field.

The Oakland Raiders running back posted a video via Instagram of him attending a high school football practice at Oakland Tech - where he went to school - and getting involved in the action.

Lynch wasn't taking it easy on them either, delivering a vicious stiff arm at one point and forcing six players to bring him down.

It isn't exactly clear when he attended the practice, but the 31-year-old is suspended this week, so perhaps he is simply trying to stay in shape until he returns to the field with the Raiders.
