Broncos' Bolles makes surprising return to practice
Ron Chenoy / USA TODAY Sports
When Denver Broncos' first-round draft pick Garett Bolles was carted off the field Sunday, it was feared he suffered a major leg injury.
The left tackle reportedly suffered only a deep bone bruise and high ankle sprain, but was expected to miss at least a couple of weeks.
Stunningly, Bolles was back at practice Thursday:

Bolles may not miss a game if he's healthy enough to be cleared for Sunday against the Buffalo Bills.
