Report: Jaguars' Robinson suffered significant knee injury vs. Texans

Shanna Lockwood / USA TODAY Sports

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Allen Robinson suffered a significant knee injury in Sunday's game against the Houston Texans, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Robinson was pushed out of bounds by Texans cornerback Kevin Johnson and defensive end J.J. Watt after a 17-yard gain early in the first quarter. He was originally ruled probable to return, but didn't make another appearance in the game.

That play marked Robinson's lone reception Sunday. Wide receiver Allen Hurns stepped in to replace him and led the team with 42 yards on three receptions.

Running back Tommy Bohanon was the recipient of quarterback Blake Bortles' lone touchdown pass.
