Poll: Is it time to panic in L.A. after latest Dodgers loss?

Robert Hanashiro / Reuters

The Los Angeles Dodgers may own the best record in baseball, but no club around the league is playing worse than they are right now, and things just aren't getting better.

L.A. lost its ninth straight game Saturday night, falling 6-5 to the Colorado Rockies despite a near comeback. They've now lost 14 of their last 15 games.

Nothing seems to be working for the Dodgers.

Clayton Kershaw, Yu Darvish, and Alex Wood can't stop the bleeding, while the offense has scored 16 runs in their last seven games.

The Dodgers are in jeopardy of losing home-field advantage in the postseason if this keeps up, with the Washington Nationals now just five games back of L.A. for the top spot in the National League.

No team has ever gone 1-13, let alone 1-14, and won a World Series, according to Stats LLC, via The Athletic's Ken Rosenthal.

Fans are booing, frustrations appear evident on the field, and the losses are piling up.

Is it time to panic in the City of Angels, or will the Dodgers leave this horrendous losing streak in their dust and dominate the postseason like they did the majority of the regular season?
