Bartolo Colon now has some idea of his potential destinations.
After being officially released by the Atlanta Braves on Tuesday, the 20-year veteran reportedly has a list of suitors. Colon's former club, the New York Mets, is one of multiple teams that have reached out to the right-hander, reports the New York Times' James Wagner.
After the Braves designated Colon for assignment June 29, the Mets reportedly began considering a reunion with their former starter.
In 13 starts this season, Colon posted a 8.14 ERA and a 1.78 WHIP - the worst marks of his entire career - over 63 innings pitched.
