Golden State Warriors free-agent wing Andre Iguodala will reportedly meet with the San Antonio Spurs and Sacramento Kings shortly after free agency starts on Saturday, according to ESPN's Chris Haynes and Ramona Shelburne.

Iguodala has averaged 7.9 points, four rebounds, 3.5 assists, and 1.2 steals per game during his four-season tenure with the Warriors. The team found its greatest success upon moving Iguodala to the bench at the beginning of the 2014-15 season, as Golden State has since won two championships. Iguodala was named Finals MVP at the conclusion of the 2015-16 playoffs.

The Spurs have long been a refuge for veterans willing to sacrifice personal accomplishments for the good of the franchise's highly successful brand of team-oriented basketball. The Kings have had decidedly less success in recent years, but a respected player like Iguodala could help bring leadership and professionalism to a tumultuous organization.

However, the Warriors retain Iguodala's Bird rights, allowing them to re-sign the wing even if that requires surpassing the salary cap. The Warriors will likely allow the rest of the league to set the market on Iguodala's next contract before weighing their decision to bring him into the fold for their title defense.

At this time, Golden State has reportedly made no plans to meet with Iguodala once free agency begins.
