Calhanoglu held 'good talks' with Milan over transfer, says agent
Bayer Leverkusen's Hakan Calhanoglu could be the next player to join the Chinese revolution in AC Milan after his agent revealed his client had "held good talks" with the Italian giant.
Backed by the funds of new ownership group Rossoneri Sport Investment Lux, chief executive Marco Fassone and sporting director Massimiliano Mirabelli have worked quickly in the summer transfer window to strengthen Vincenzo Montella's squad.
Andre Silva, Franck Kessie, Mateo Musacchio, and Ricardo Rodriguez have already arrived at the San Siro, and now, following his four-month ban for a breach of contract when he signed for Trabzonspor in 2011 but never actually joined the club, Calhanoglu could be next in line.

"We held good talks with AC Milan," agent Bektas Demirtas told kicker, according to ESPN FC's Stephan Uersfeld. "It's now important that the clubs reach an agreement. Once they achieve an agreement, we can enter final talks with AC Milan."
Figures of how much that agreement will cost are rather vague, with kicker understanding Leverkusen will entertain offers between €20 million and €30 million for the dead-ball expert.
The Turkish midfielder joined Die Werkself from Hamburg in 2014 for €14.5 million, and his current contract in North Rhine-Westphalia runs until 2019.
